Our Parents

Families are important.

Sarah Mitchell, Minister of Early Childhood Education, in 2018 said; “As a mother, I know how important it is for a child’s learning to start and continue at home….”

The role of the family in the education of young children cannot be emphasised enough. Families and parents are a child’s first and most important teachers. When parents collaborate with their child and teachers in the early childhood setting they support positive outcomes and increased learning trajectories for their child.

Learning Potential

A disposition for learning, sense of competence and willingness to consider new ideas and ‘ways of doing’ is vital for children as they grow and adapt to the ever changing world that they live in.

Learning Potential is an App to support families and teachers as they guide children in their journey to adulthood.
