Inaburra preschool caters for 60 children per day. We have three rooms with 20 children per day with three staff in each room. Each room is staffed by an early childhood teacher and qualified child care workers.
All staff have passed the “Working With Children Check” that is required under the Child Protection legislation. All staff hold a current First Aid Certificate & the preschool encourages continued professional development for staff.
We acknowledge that all staff contribute individual strengths and skills to the preschool and we believe this creates an effective learning environment.
The preschool rooms have names so we can identify the rooms that the children and staff belong in. We have used words from the Dharawal people the traditional owners of the land on which the preschool stands. Our rooms are known as: Yanada (moon) Diramu (tree) and Gunya (dwelling).
